Refund policy

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receipt of your order without giving reasons.

Please note:

• we are not able to accept returns of personalised/ customized/ used jewery.

• we do not yet bear the return costs for the time being and that your package must be sufficiently stamped. We also advise you to keep the postal receipt of your return, in order to have a proof in case we do not receive your package.

The shipping costs don't include customs & tax duties which may be charge in addition on import. We don't refund orders.

Please note that we can not take any responsibility for parcels that can not be delivered. In this case the customer must pay for both, the original and the return shipping cost.
